What began as a single residential project in Thane has grown into one of MMR’s most recognised real estate businesses. Founded by Subhash Runwal and led today by Promoter & Managing Director Sandeep Runwal, the company today has 35 completed projects, 17 ongoing developments and 24 upcoming projects across the region.
