Hassan Anantharamaiah Visweswara

Hassan Anantharamaiah Visweswara is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Life Insurance Corporation of India, Brigade Enterprises Limited, Mantri Developers Limited, Assetz Property Management Services Private Limited and R Retail Ventures Private Limited. He has over 33 years of experience including but not limited to the field of engineering.

Rupal Vora

Rupal Vora is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai, a bachelor’s degree in law from Government Law College, University of Mumbai, and is enrolled as member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is on the board of directors of several companies, including Walchandnagar Industries Limited, Inox Solar Limited, Sanathan Textiles Limited, Aarti Pharmalabs Limited and Geece Ventures Limited. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of law.

Bhavesh Rasiklal Vora

Bhavesh Vora is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty years of experience having specialization in providing end to end consultancy services for SEBI & RBI Regulated intermediaries.

He is the Senior Founding Partner and Mentor at B Y & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Under his dynamic leadership he has developed various areas of practice. His area of practice entails advising clients on key issues pertaining to Non-Banking Finance Companies, Structured Products, Fintech, Critical Compliance issues, Representations, other areas such as Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, Stock Broking Entities, Depository Participants, Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, Merchant Banking, Corporate Structuring, etc.

Presently he is Trustee of BSE (Investor Protection Fund), President of “Investor Education and Welfare Association”. In the past he has held key positions of President of “Chamber of Tax Consultant” and Trustee of NCDEX (Investor Protection Fund).

He is associated with various professional bodies i.e., Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Chamber of Tax Consultant (CTC), Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS). He is a regular contributor on academic subjects at various seminars, lectures and other professional forums.

Yogesh Bafna

Mr. Yogesh Bafna is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the Company since July 15, 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s day-to-day accounting operations, taxation and statutory compliance.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Deloitte, ABN AMRO Central Enterprise Services Private Limited, Indiabulls Real Estate Limited and Sheth Developers Group. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in accounting, taxation, auditing, finance, and regulatory compliance.

Santkumar Pandey

Mr. Santkumar Pandey has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and brings with him over 35 years of rich experience across reputed organizations in the real estate and construction industry.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Santkumar was associated with Purvankara Limited. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has also worked with renowned organizations such as Oberoi Realty Limited, Tata Housing Development Co. Limited, K. Raheja Universal Private Limited and Triad Constructions Private Limited, among others.
