Under his leadership, Runwal Realty has delivered 35 projects across the MMR. He has been instrumental in landmark transactions that have consolidated Runwal Realty's asset ownership, including the buyout of GIC's 50% stake in R City Mall in 2023 for ₹1,000 crore, and Warburg Pincus' 50% stake in their joint retail, commercial and mixed-use development platform for ₹600 crore, securing complete ownership across the portfolio.
His land banking strategy has seeded a new pipeline of luxury developments across South Mumbai, including the acquisition of the Kansai Nerolac parcel in Worli, Malabar Hill, Malad, Vile Parle, Lokhandwala and Bandra. On the commercial front, he led HDFC Bank's long-term lease at R Square, Andheri, one of Mumbai's largest office deals in recent years.
