Sandeep Subhash Runwal is the Managing Director and Promoter of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, has successfully completed the Owner President Management Program from Harvard Business School and is also a member of the National Real Estate Development Council. He is currently the head of our business operations and oversees all the departments of our Company.He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Sanjay Sharma is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in civil engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Puravankara Limited, Emaar MGF Land Limited, Tapasya Projects Limited, Ansal Buildwell Limited, DLF Universal Limited, Aerens Developers and Engineers Limited and Akme Rhine River Projects Private Limited. He is currently heading the construction and engineering team of our Company and has over 24 years of experience in the fields including projects, contracts, design, EHS, MEP, Procurement, Stores, Planning, Estimation & Budgeting.
Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer
Ashok G. Darak is an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Bombay. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, Birla Technologies Limited and Reliance Engineering Associates Private Limited. He is currently responsible for the financial decision making in our Company and has over 25 years of experience including but not limited to the field of accounting and finance.
Hassan Anantharamaiah Visweswara is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Life Insurance Corporation of India, Brigade Enterprises Limited, Mantri Developers Limited, Assetz Property Management Services Private Limited and R Retail Ventures Private Limited. He has over 33 years of experience including but not limited to the field of engineering.
Rupal Vora is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai, a bachelor’s degree in law from Government Law College, University of Mumbai, and is enrolled as member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is on the board of directors of several companies, including Walchandnagar Industries Limited, Inox Solar Limited, Sanathan Textiles Limited, Aarti Pharmalabs Limited and Geece Ventures Limited. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of law.
Bhavesh Rasiklal Vora is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from K. J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce, University of Bombay. He sits on the board of directors of several companies, including Edelweiss Trusteeship Company Limited, Aarti Pharmalabs Limited and Basilstone Consulting Private Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of finance.
