The project was recognised as Residential High Rise Development for India at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
Designed as a complete urban habitat across 21 acres in Manpada, Runwal One brought together residences, open green spaces, and large-scale lifestyle amenities within a single planned development, redefining what integrated living could look like in Runwal Thane. It was recognised as Best Mixed Use Development India at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Situated in Worli’s Golden Triangle between the Bandra Worli Sea Link, BKC, and Lower Parel, Runwal Raaya is a low density development of two towers offering private residences designed by global architecture firm Broadway Malyan. Sandeep Runwal, Managing Director and Promoter of Runwal Realty, joined his father Subhash Runwal in 1993 bringing with him a philosophy that would come to define how the company builds, a relentless focus on quality and timely delivery.
